We are seeking an experienced SAP PS and SAP RAR Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements of project accounting and revenue recognition processes within SAP S/4

HANA environments. The role involves close collaboration with Finance, Project Management, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate project costing, billing, and revenue compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) including WBS structures, networks, milestones, and project profiles
• Cost planning, budgeting, and availability control (AVC)
• Integration with FI, CO, MM, SD, and Controlling
• Manage project cost tracking, settlements, and period-end close
• Support project billing, milestone billing, and resource-related billing
• Assist with project reporting, cost variance analysis, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot PS-related issues and provide end-user support
• Configure and support SAP RAR in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15
• Design and manage revenue contracts and performance obligations
• Event-based revenue recognition
• Revenue postings and reconciliation
• Integrate RAR with SD, FI, PS, and upstream systems
• Support month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities
• Assist auditors and finance teams with revenue reporting and traceability

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall SAP experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS and SAP RAR
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance
• Project accounting and cost management
• Revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
• Experience with SAP integrations (FI, CO, SD, MM)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
