We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA RISE Project Manager to lead and manage RISE with SAP transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful migration from ECC to SAP S/4

HANA under the RISE framework, including cloud, application, and AMS work streams.

• RISE with SAP Program Management
• Lead SAP S/4
  
  HANA RISE implementations, conversions (Brownfield), or system conversions
• Manage project planning, scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Coordinate with SAP
  , hyperscale's (AWS/Azure/GCP), SI partners, and internal IT
• Oversee contractual milestones, SLAs, and KPIs under RISE agreements
• Drive governance, steering committee updates, and executive reporting

• Manage end-to-end SAP lifecycle:
• Discover & Prepare
• Explore
• Realize
• Deploy
• Ensure alignment across functional, technical, and AMS teams
• Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to AMS
• Track dependencies across Basis, Security, Data Migration, Integrations, and Testing
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, SAP, and system integrators
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution at senior leadership levels
• Manage offshore/onshore teams and multi-vendor delivery models

• 10+ years of overall IT Project/Program Management experience
• 5+ years managing SAP S/4
  
  HANA programs, preferably RISE with SAP
• Strong understanding of:
  RISE architecture and operating model
• SAP Activate methodology
• ECC to S/4
  
  HANA conversion approaches
• Experience managing large, complex enterprise SAP landscapes
• Excellent communication, risk management, and leadership skills

• SAP Activate / PMP / SAFe certification
• Experience with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Prior experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of AMS transitions and post-go-live support models
• Familiarity with SAP tools:
  Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Signavio
