The Role
As a Property Management Sales Vice President, you will drive sales strategies and negotiations on key regional pursuits, as well as consolidation opportunities within the existing client base for the assigned geography. This role is within the US Client Solutions (USCS) team and leads the solutioning process for all opportunities in the assigned geography, working with US Client Solutions to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline.
Responsibilities include end‑to‑end sales cycle management and client‑facing operations across multiple locations with necessary travel.
- Reports to the US Head of Client Solutions.
- Has dotted line responsibility to the US Co‑Heads of PM, PM Market Leaders, the Product organization, and the US COO.
- No immediate direct reports.
- Partner with Client Solutions, PM leadership, and Client Care teams to drive pipeline growth and client prospecting.
- Responsible for short‑ and long‑term growth and profitability of the assigned market(s) and/or portfolio of clients.
- Expand business offerings through adoption of platform initiatives and products.
- Coordinate daily solutioning activities with clients and internal operations teams.
- Spearhead new client operating model development, focusing on cost savings and value creation.
- Review client data (employee info, assets, historic records, baseline service levels).
- Manage project execution and integrate all lines of business to maximize platform performance.
- Create compelling proposals incorporating CBRE products and differentiators.
- Attend high‑profile client pitches and solution workshops.
- Partner with internal stakeholders for integrated solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of CBRE’s service delivery models and products.
- Apply cross‑disciplinary knowledge to impact departmental performance.
- Collaborate with General Counsel on contracting strategy and negotiations for global pursuits.
- Demonstrate strong business development acumen and contribute to new business awards.
- Develop reputation as an opinion leader and trusted advisor.
- Analyze industry trends and financial indicators to drive operational improvements.
- Support strategy work streams such as M&A, Strategic Investments, and New Product initiatives.
- Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems.
- Implement significant process and standard improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 10–15 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
- Extensive sales experience, ideally in Property Management, Asset Management, or Investor sectors.
- Strong ability to manage complex, sensitive information and performance expectations.
- Leadership experience in achieving targets within a matrix organization.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Innovative mindset for developing beyond‑existing solutions.
- Problem‑solving skills using standard and innovative approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Strong quantitative skills for financial calculations.

Base salary range: $170,000 – $190,000 annually. Successful candidates are eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
