Monitors and verifies that all products sent to Manufacturing are in the system and that quantities are correct. Performs physical counts and bin checks to ensure stocked items are in the right location and oversees inventory distribution of labels from the stock cages.

• Receives items from warehouse to verify before sending them to manufacturing.
• Ensures all items, lot numbers and quantities match the system.
• Organizes stocked items and keeps them readily accessible.
• Performs cycle counts to identify issues and maintain consistent flow of inventory.
• Maintains and provides the labels manufacturing needs for the current work week.
• Receives returned items from manufacturing to verify before sending back to the warehouse.

• Compares physical quantities in the warehouse to inventory records.
• Investigates differences between stock on hand and records.
• Notifies when an adjustment is needed.
• Processes expiration date changes when releasing items to manufacturing.

• Ensures warehouse stocking area is clean and well maintained in accordance with safety rules.
• Determines proper storage procedures and inventory control methods with guidance.
• Tags all returned items with the return barcode label.
• Tags all labels individually by the cases.

• Examines inventory for defects, damage and reports information to Inventory Control Manager.
• Maintains records of damaged stock and warehouse materials.

• RF scan system knowledge.
• Experience operating reach and hi-lows.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO system.
• Ability to work off pick lists and system driven reports.
• Extremely organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish required.
• Build excellent working relationships and collaborate efficiently with others.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and able to operate under pressure.
• Detail oriented with excellent mathematical acumen.
• Sound understanding of safety rules and regulations.
• Use of warehouse equipment such as rolling ladders, hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Effective use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong general mathematical concepts application.

• Production/Manufacturing Warehouse Setting.
• Regularly works near moving machinery and mechanical parts sometimes in high places.
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, ambient air, temperature extremes, fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
• Noise level usually moderate, sometimes high.
• Products may contain peanuts and tree nuts.

• Regularly required to stand and walk for the duration of the production shift; talk, hear, taste and smell.
• Frequently required to sit; climb; balance; stoop; kneel or crouch.
• Regularly required to use hands, fingers, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• High School Diploma and one year experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation or equivalent combination of education and experience including one year experience using a forklift, reach truck, and one year experience using an order picker and scissor lift.
• Two years minimum experience with RF scanning systems.
• Two years minimum experience with WMS.
