APluscare LLC delivers care and support services to clients with various health care needs in personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services. We are looking for kindhearted staff willing to go above and beyond in supporting our clients.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: East Brunswick and Central New Jersey

• Plan and provide clinical support to In-Home/Residential patients
• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients
• New client intake
• Educate and train staff on all required medical trainings
• Document client care services by charting in client records
• Administer and audit medications and medication administration records
• Perform wellness checks as needed
• Coordinate with client’s interdisciplinary team, including maintaining a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information; responding to requests and building rapport
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to the needs of the program
• Attend interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
