We are recruiting a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for hands‑on patient care at our OBGYN center in East Brunswick, NJ.

Location: OBGYN of East Brunswick, New Jersey

Hours: Full‑time hours include Monday‑Friday 7:45 am‑5:00 pm; an additional late‑night shift 11:30 am‑7:30 pm; and Friday 7:45 am‑3:45 pm.

Pay or shift range: $23 USD to $35 USD

• Accompany patients to exam/procedure rooms and assist with walking transfers or dressing.
• Maintain patient records: record medical history, vital signs, symptoms, complaints, medications; scan lab qo or imaging reports and hospital notes into the EMR to provide complete patient information.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection as needed.
• Assist provider with various procedures and screenings.
• Relate instructions and pertinent information to patients.
• Complete forms and requisitions to ensure patient records are accurate and claims can be billed properly.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Evaluate and assess patient health‑care needs based on signs and symptoms using established triage protocols.
• Obtain input from provider to determine best clinical course and recommendations.
• Accurately document symptoms, nursing assessment, advice provided, and patient/caller response in the EMR.

• Current NJ License as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical facility, preferably OB/GYN.
• Knowledge of CPT coding, lab‑specific order sets, and eClinical
  
  Works is desirable.

Pay: $26 USD to $32 USD. The estimated range is budgeted; final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other factors.
