Ignite Group is a growing real estate team committed to providing high-level service while operating efficiently. We are looking for a dependable Runner / Showing Assistant to support agents in the field and help free up time for higher-level activities.

The Runner / Showing Assistant supports licensed agents by handling property showings, access, errands, and field support. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in real estate or supplement income with flexible hours.

• Show homes to buyers as scheduled
• Open properties for inspections, appraisals, and contractors
• Place or remove lockboxes and signs
• Assist with light errands related to listings and transactions
• Communicate showing feedback promptly

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Present yourself in a professional manner

$18 - $25 hourly
