Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
* Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
* Stay up-to-date with new products and follow Chick-fil-A standards
* Adhere to safety guidelines and report maintenance issues
* Complete assigned tasks and adhere to dress code
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Cheerful and positive attitude
* Loves serving and helping others
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask
* Works well independently and in a team environment
* Flexible schedule availability
* Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs and stand for long periods
