Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

We prefer candidates who are outgoing, positive, and friendly. No prior experience is required; we’ll provide full training.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Customer service, working the cash register and drive‑thru.
• Preparing orders and maintaining sanitation.
• Operating the fryer and griddle.
• Other related duties as needed.

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
