Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

* Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs

* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

* Be a friendly, encouraging team player

* Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder

* Oversee and monitor food preparation to maintain consistency, excellence, and strict adherence to Chick-fil-A standards.

* Implement effective strategies to minimize food waste and control kitchen food costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

* Ensure timely preparation, assembly, and delivery of orders to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations for service speed and accuracy.

* Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
