Become a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
* for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). We are 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing firm that represents top consumer electronics brands, including Samsung. We hire, train, and deploy professionals to represent these brands in retail settings.

Day‑in‑the‑Life- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information to aid purchase decisions.
- Build strong relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through collaboration and training.
- Competitive weekly pay starting at $18.00 per hour plus incentive pay.
- Next‑day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid online training and ongoing development.
- Apparel, company tablet or phone, and Samsung/Otterbox employee discounts.
- Scheduled to work during high‑traffic periods, including weekends and holidays.

- Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff.
- Establish strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to meet store initiatives.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Perform display resets during new product launches.
- Complete daily sales performance and retail insights reports.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Accurate daily reporting.
- Meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quotas.
- Customer/client satisfaction metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:
Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. - Excellent knowledge of Samsung products and services.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
