Sales Operations Specialist

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team and keep sales activities organized and on track.
• Keep sales, pipeline, account, and opportunity data in the CRM accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews and sales meetings.
• Build reports and dashboards that show sales performance and key metrics.
• Partner with Revenue Operations on forecasting, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Build and maintain sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing guides, and competitive resources.
• Keep the sales team informed on products, processes, and new offerings.
• Maintain the sales playbook, including qualification, discovery, and objection handling.
• Prepare Sales for product launches with the training, messaging, and materials they need before go-live.
• Manage post-sale projects from planning through execution, including timelines, tasks, owners, and deliverables.
• Coordinate launches of revenue-impacting products and initiatives.
• Run project meetings and document decisions, action items, and next steps.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, elevate issues when needed, and share clear status updates.

• Develop, simplify, and document Sales processes, SOPs, and checklists.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance on cross-functional initiatives and system implementations.
• Gather sales team feedback and share insights with Product and leadership.
