How You’ll Make an ImpactThe Project Assistant supports Project Managers by ensuring that all project documentation, communication, and coordination are handled efficiently and accurately. You will serve as the central point of contact between field teams, accounting, and subcontractors to help projects progress smoothly from start to finish.
- Maintain and organize job contract documents, large material purchase logs, and uninstalled material quantity logs.
- Review weekly timesheets to ensure labor hours are accurately recorded and allocated to the correct projects prior to submission to accounting.
- Track estimated vs. actual labor hours and flag discrepancies for review.
- Monitor scope changes and ensure receipt and proper documentation of all change orders.
- Track subcontractor change orders, confirm work completion, and verify invoice accuracy against work performed.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and General Foreman to monitor and resolve project issues related to materials, labor, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily material installations and generate a weekly installation report for accounting purposes.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Project Manager to review Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports and project status.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and walk construction sites as needed
