Clinical Team Leader – IMCU & Emergency Department

Powers Health, a leading non‑profit healthcare system in Northwest Indiana, is seeking experienced Clinical Team Leaders for our IMCU and Emergency Departments. • Lead and mentor nursing teams
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance
• Maintain and uphold unit standards of care
• Support performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Assist with developing goals, policies, and procedures
• Monitor patient outcomes and staff performance; recommend improvements
• Lead orientation, training, and annual competency development
• Foster a positive environment for patient welfare and staff growth
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and teams

• Current RN license (Indiana)
• BSN preferred; specialty certification required (or within 1 year)
• 3–5 years IMCU or ER experience + charge nurse experience
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to mentor, delegate, and promote team development
