On-Call Expectations:
Rotational evening, weekend, and holiday call shared among CRNA team

General anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties within hospital setting

Full-service hospital within a 4-hospital not-for-profit healthcare system
EMR System:
Epic (HIMSS Stage VII – fully integrated system)
Specialty Backup:
Collaborative Anesthesiology team and full surgical specialty support
Support Staff:
Dedicated nursing staff, surgical teams, and anesthesia colleagues
Leadership & Reporting Structure:
Reports to Department of Anesthesiology leadership

Required:
Active Indiana RN license or eligibility to obtain
Certifications:
Current CRNA certification; additional certifications as required by facility
Experience:
New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
Additional Requirements:
Ability to function effectively within a collaborative, team-based hospital environment
Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care in a hospital-based surgical setting
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in rotational call coverage as part of the CRNA team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Epic EMR system
Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and patient safety standards
