The Intervention Specialist will provide targeted support to clients in the East Cleveland area as part of a 39‑week contract. The role offers competitive pay up to $53 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate client assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and support in high‑pressure situations
- Document interventions, outcomes, and progress reports
- Advise clients on available resources and make appropriate referrals
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Premium pay with weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average
