Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Team Lead for a materials handling and transloading operation serving the East Grand Forks, MN area. In this role, you'll oversee daily transloading operations, lead a team focused on safe and efficient material handling, and help ensure compliance with company and DOT regulations. If you enjoy hands‑on leadership, equipment operation, and working in a fast‑paced outdoor environment, this opportunity could be a great fit.

• Lead employees in daily aggregate and coal material handling operations
• Enforce company and customer safety policies and conduct safety briefings
• Monitor CDL drivers and ensure DOT compliance requirements are followed
• Coordinate truck deliveries, dispatch changes, and communicate operational updates
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment including bulldozers, graders, skid steers, and loaders
• Assist with train unloading, stockpile management, and site maintenance activities
• Report safety incidents and maintain site security during off‑hours and low staffing periods

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills for reporting and equipment documentation
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership abilities
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening requirements
