Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Tasks include shift planning, performance monitoring, action to meet standards, safety and security oversight, scheduling, inventory management, training, and communication with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced work.
