Primarily responsibility:To program and motivate your clients to achieve their results. Be willing to be open minded and understand it’s not a one shoe fits all philosophy. Work with your clients.
Other responsibilities:- Continually look to improve yourself as a trainer. We offer educational reimbursement every two years. Also a substantial discount on NASM products.
- Continue to improve your book of business. We provide Healthtrax specific training for the consultation and sales component.
- Be forward thinking, ask questions, bring up new ideas, let’s challenge the status quo.

- Must be a strong communicator with a commitment to superior customer service excellence supporting members to achieve their goals with a keen eye on safety and proper form.
Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, having a commitment to fitness and wellness and continuous learning.
SKILLS:- Strong interpersonal, communication skills. Ability to engage and retain personal training clientele
- Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate individuals toward safely achieving fitness goals
- Ensure organization, appearance, general maintenance and safety of fitness areas
- Provide accurate information and promote Center programs and services
- Specific Healthtrax fitness training is provided and compliance will be inspected
- Provide immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
- Team player assisting with various Center programs and service activities, as needed
Our ideal candidate is pursuing or has earned a degree in Exercise Science, Physiology or related field and, or has or is working towards a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification. CPR, First Aid, AED Certified, or willing to complete upon hire.
Hours and Shifts to be determined, to best serve members.
