Licensed Practical Nurse – Assisted Living

Saint Elizabeth Community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care to older adults and individuals with physical disabilities in our East Greenwich, Rhode Island assisted living facility.

• $34.33–$37.45 per hour, with shift differentials and “Pay in Lieu” options.
• Overnight positions available with an additional $6.00 per hour.
• Per diem positions available; please inquire about requirements and shift differentials.

• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities and ensure the highest degree of care quality.
• Make independent nursing decisions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ health and wellbeing.

• Current and valid LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
