Ocean State Veterinary Specialists is seeking a dependable and organized Stockroom Assistant to support daily stockroom operations at our busy veterinary hospital. This is a physically active, behind-the-scenes role that plays an important part in keeping our hospital well‑stocked and running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a high‑school student! Wages begin at $16/hour.

• Transport incoming deliveries from receiving area to designated stock rooms
• Unpack boxes and organize inventory on shelves
• Break down shipping boxes and dispose of packaging
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of stock rooms
• Assist Purchasing Manager with other inventory‑related tasks as needed

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous inventory or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required

• Part‑time: 2–3 hours per day
• Monday through Friday only
• Daytime hours, flexible start time
