Server/Waitstaff – Atria Management Company

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to serve residents with hospitality, teamwork, and a clean dining environment.

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

• No experience needed.

If chosen, an offer will be made by phone and email. The email will include a letter for you to sign electronically, return to us and download for your records.

Post‑Offer Hiring Process:
You’ll receive all needed forms, instructions and our contact information. This process may include a background check and/or a drug screen.

First day and onboarding:
On your first day, you’ll meet coworkers, take a workplace tour and begin any required training.
