We’re looking for a Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief who is motivated, reliable, and ready to lead a team on emergency restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, and cleanup projects
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and managers
- Document jobs thoroughly for insurance and client records
- Manage jobsite safety, equipment, and supplies
- Coach and train new team members
- Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- IICRC certification (a plus, not required — we’ll help you earn it!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 with help), work in tight spaces, and use ladders
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay starts at $22-25 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
