We’re looking for a Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief who is motivated, reliable, and ready to lead a team on emergency restoration projects.

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, and cleanup projects
• Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and managers
• Document jobs thoroughly for insurance and client records
• Manage jobsite safety, equipment, and supplies
• Coach and train new team members
• Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
• IICRC certification (a plus, not required — we’ll help you earn it!)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 with help), work in tight spaces, and use ladders
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to pass a background check
