Resource Planning Analyst role within a leading organisation that offershybridworking?
A Resource Planning Analyst opportunity has arisen within the busy contact centre team at our client, a leading international membership organisation, where you will be responsible for real time forecasting demand and ensuring staff levels accommodate this by planning, monitoring real time call volumes, and providing key MI data to stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities- Monitoring the activity of contact centre agents and addressing non-adherence in real time
- Monitoring and responding to real time call volumes, ensuring hot spots are covered
- Responding to related queries from stakeholders across the business
- Collating and analysing data to forecast future call volumes
- Creating and producing performance reports
- Planning and scheduling resources to ensure sufficient cover across all customer touch points
I am interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Resource Planning Analyst, Resource Analyst, Workforce Management Analyst, Resource Planner, Workforce Planner, Real Time Analyst within a fast paced, busy call centre or contact centre environment.
Salary£29,500 to £32,500 p.a. (depending on level of experience)
