Contract Lead; South

Overview

This is a regional role across the South of England for a post‑graduate Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, or Technical Officer. The Contract Lead will drive the successful delivery of repairs, maintenance, and capital upgrade projects.

• Oversee building works via the contractor framework, from inception to completion.
• Review SOWs, specifications, and contractor quotes; arrange pre‑start meetings.
• Provide on‑site solutions, conduct post‑inspections, and manage compliance with CDM, Health and Safety, and performance KPIs.
• Offer technical guidance on refurbishments and maintenance contracts; contribute to Asset Management meetings.

• Valid driving licence.
• Experience supervising works in domestic and commercial properties.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and deliver high‑quality service.
• Experience managing contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and budgets.
• Experience managing works programmes within CDM Regulations (2015).
• Preferred: MCIOB, MRICS/Assoc
