Veterinary Receptionist

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a warm, experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at The East Grinstead Vet Centre. If you love working with animals and people and enjoy being the friendly face welcoming clients and their pets, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your days will be varied and rewarding, including answering phones, booking appointments, managing payments, helping clients with health plans, and supporting the smooth running of our clinic. You’ll be part of a great team, ensuring every visit is a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

• Answer phones and handle front-desk inquiries
• Book appointments and manage scheduling
• Process payments and assist with health plans
• Support the smooth operation of the clinic and assist clients as needed
• Contribute to a welcoming and positive experience for pets and their owners

You will work 38 hours per week across 4 days, covering 9-hour shifts; this will also include every other Saturday morning.

  Up to £25,000 DOE
