Our client is a multi‑sector, architectural design practice, bringing together leading Architects, Designers and Technologists to create imaginative, energy‑efficient buildings and spaces. Based in East Grinstead, their architectural studio takes an agile, responsive approach to design, working across a wide-ranging portfolio of projects throughout the UK. They embrace their clients' ambitions, develop solution‑led strategies and create beautifully crafted buildings.

They are seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical capability and proven experience in cladding remediation and retrofit projects. The role will suit a confident Revit user who can create and lead technical design packages, coordinate consultants, and support compliance with current Building Safety legislation and Gateway processes. This is a hands‑on technical role, working closely with project teams, clients, and contractors across residential and mixed‑use projects working on Higher‑Risk Buildings.

• Coordinate external consultants and specialist subcontractor design information.
• Ensure designs comply with the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation.
• Review contractor proposals, technical details, and materials.
• Hold a good working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
