Psychology Graduate – SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1 : 1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
• Assist in delivering learning activities and promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Implement strategies that support students' academic, emotional, and social development
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions

• A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
• A genuine interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people
• A full UK driving licence (essential due to school location)
