• Execute EHCP goals by using Education, Health and Care Plans to facilitate concentrated learning objectives and developmental milestones.
• Manage behavioural needs through consistent, supportive techniques.
• Foster independence and enhance interpersonal skills, helping students with social interactions and daily habits.
• Engage in teamwork with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists.
• Provide personal care assistance when required, ensuring students’ dignity and wellbeing.

• Skilled practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD).
• Reliable – seeking a long‑term placement where you can become a cornerstone of the school environment.
• Tenacious and empathetic with the ability to remain composed in demanding situations.
• Effective liaisons – skilled at establishing quick connections with students, colleagues, and families.
• Qualified – preferably a Level 2 or ABET: 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history.
