• Supporting students aged 5 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Providing essential personal care for students across the age range
• Using a trauma-informed approach to help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
• Helping build a positive, supportive environment for every child

• Comfortable providing personal care for students aged 5 to 16
• At least 3 to 6 months of experience in a similar educational or care environment
• A full driving licence and access to a car, as the campus is in a remote location
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
• Understanding or training in a trauma-informed approach to support
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to get one
• Permanent right to work in the UK (we cannot accept applicants needing sponsorship or VISA support)
