Our recruitment agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Night Van Driver based in East Grinstead. As a Night Van Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customer deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and food safety.

• Collect delivery paperwork and check orders before leaving the depot.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure products are transported safely while maintaining the cold chain.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.
• Complete delivery notes, temperature records and vehicle check documentation.
• Report customer feedback, returns or any delivery issues promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintained in line with company standards.
• Follow all UK driving regulations, working time directives and road safety legislation.

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous experience as a Night Van Driver or in a similar delivery driving role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a multi-drop route.
• Knowledge of driving regulations and working time rules.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Experience with in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector would be advantageous.
