  • Document patient encounters, triage assessments, and care provided in the electronic health record in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinical staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Provide age-appropriate education and support to patients and families, with sensitivity to pediatric and adult needs.
  • Maintain consistent weekly hours while adapting to occasional schedule adjustments based on clinic needs.

  • Experience or strong awareness in pediatric care and comfort working with children and their families.
  • Ability to provide care to both pediatric and adult patient populations.
  • Comfort managing medication refills and navigating prior authorization processes.
  • Competence in patient care activities such as assessments, documentation, and coordination with providers.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent daytime schedule Monday through Friday with some flexibility as needed.
