Production Associate – Entry Level

Future Openings | Portland, CT Area | $17.50/Hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary

A.R. Mazzotta is accepting applications now for future Entry-Level Production Associate openings in the Portland area. These opportunities will become available as positions open with our client. Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can learn new skills and get your foot in the door with a local manufacturer? No manufacturing experience is required—training will be provided. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.

The Opportunity $17.50 per hour Benefits:

Monday–Friday, full‑time hours
Temporary assignment with potential for extension
No previous manufacturing experience required
Training provided
Learn different production processes and workstations
Work as part of a team in a structured manufacturing environment

What You'll Do

Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks
Follow work instructions and established procedures
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Operate equipment and machinery after training
Keep your work area clean and organized
Move between workstations as needed
Assist with other production duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous manufacturing experience is not required
