WOC RN Acute Care: Wound, Ostomy & Continence

The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford Health Care, is seeking a WOCN RN Acute to deliver expert wound, ostomy and continence care across patient populations. You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and support clinical leadership in quality improvement efforts.

Required is a Nursing Baccalaureate, CT RN licensure, and enrollment in a WOCN program within 12 months; board certification is pursued within a defined timeline. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.
