Hartford Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic preoperative care and discharge planning within the pre-hospitalization population. You will complete Pre-Screening Calls and preoperative chart reviews in Epic, assessing risks and coordinating tests with providers.
The role requires a CT RN license, a BSN, and at least 3 years of acute care experience. You will work under the Care Continuum director and support patient families throughout the perioperative process.
