The Productivity & BMR team leads the evolution of sustainable productivity pipeline, execution, and capability-building through partnerships across the organization. To further the BMR (business margin revolution) mindset and set up for success in 2027 and beyond, we are seeking a Manager, Productivity to enable our productivity strategy and help build our center of excellence in this  this role, you will gain end-to-end exposure to the productivity lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a productivity leader in a dynamic, creative, fast-paced environment.

How you will contribute

You will:

Support productivity governance forum cycles through relevant content creation and meeting management.

Leverage AI and analytic tools to streamline project data tracking and single-source-of-truth reporting as well as recognize dependencies and interconnections across productivity work streams

Drive productivity mentality and capability-building through relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams including Commercialization, Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and more.​Create and manage center of excellence productivity assets including a centralized knowledge management space and content/templates.

Support BMR activities and initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in productivity, supply chain, project management, or a related function.

Salary and Benefits :
