- Process invoices and ensure accurate, timely entry into the accounting system.
- Review invoices for appropriate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding outstanding invoices.
- Assist with account reconciliations and other day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities.
- Maintain organized financial records and support the overall AP process
- Previous hands-on accounts payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work independently onsite
