Your

Impact
  • Work on complex transportation design projects in CT, MA, and RI
  • Create horizontal and vertical alignments and develop detailed 3D roadway models
  • Perform engineering calculations for pavement design, traffic engineering, and drainage systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality deliverables including design drawings, reports, specifications, presentations, and cost estimates
  • Provide construction phase support by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and responding to contractor questions
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate existing roadways and drainage systems
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation
Qualifications
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • 0-4 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering
  • Familiarity with Open Roads and AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of DOT standards and procedures (preferred)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to collaborate with in-person and remote teams
  • Excellent time management and organization to work on concurrent projects and deliver projects on time

Work Environment
