• Lead process improvement projects using data analysis, CORE tools, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Serve as primary liaison with key suppliers to drive workscope compliance and process improvements.
• Team Focal for facilitating and coordinating tooling order placement to support EHRO needs.
• Place orders for materials as needed.

The East Hartford Repair Operations (EHRO) Materials Team is looking for a candidate who will drive process improvements to ensure materials are planned and stocked according to shop demand. The role requires creative problem solving, process improvement acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate efficiency and collaboration. The candidate will identify critical process opportunities, raise awareness with key stakeholders, and help execute solutions while measuring impacts.

Escalation may be required to meet improvement milestones and drive project priorities with stakeholders.

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Analysis, Engineering or Operations; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, Data Analysis, Engineering or Operations.
• CORE Apprentice or Champion certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Project management experience and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/Six Sigma).
• Experience with Solumina G8 MES, SAP ERP, Power BI and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and influence leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams.

This role is onsite. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including the role, function and responsibilities, candidate work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
