Military Customer Support and Services is seeking a motivated individual to help enhance fleet readiness for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) customers operating TF33 engines on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft.

This field service engineer (FSR) position is well-suited to an individual seeking to demonstrate and further develop his/her project management abilities while acquiring broad-based whole engine experience. This position is located in Geilenkirchen, Germany.

• Act as primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and NATO TF33 customers and Depot organizations.
• Provide complete timely responses to customer technical questions and track in appropriate systems.
• Research technical issues and correct source data to resolve systems level issues, coordinate with program management and customers to implement solutions to improve engine safety and readiness.
• Support coordination and participate in company teams sent out to customer locations for special inspections, data collection, evaluation of designs, etc.
• Coordinate and present technical issues in support of customer meetings and conferences.
• Assist with multiple projects focused on minimizing the rate of Unscheduled Engine Removals and improving the efficiency of depot maintenance to increase engine supportability.

BS in engineering or related technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree with 5+ years; or an Associate's with 7+ years; or 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. In-depth knowledge of the TF33 engine a must; familiarity with TF33 hardware, maintenance, and operations are required.

20-30% to Turkey, Greece, Italy and U.S.A. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who do not possess US citizenship. Must be able to gain a NATO Security Clearance.

• Able to search for Comprehensive Engine Maintenance System (CEMS) to verify maintenance activities are properly captured.
• Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised.
• Represent P&W answering complex maintenance issues with NATO customer.
• Thorough understanding of engine operating systems and aircraft interface.
