To provide financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support for the Controller's Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare consolidated financial analysis for quarterly/annual submission to UTC, including P&W Balance Sheet Analysis, Acquisition/Disposition performance report, pension contributions, eCollect, as well as complete President's package for P&W WHQ Controller, and review 10Q/10K, where applicable.
• Lead the HFM administration for Pratt WHQ and troubleshoot HFM questions/issues from domestic/foreign subsidiaries, as well as recommend/integrate new HFM organizational structures due to acquisitions, dispositions, and/or reorganizations.
• Direct certain monthly closing activities and perform variance analyses of financial results.
• Analyze monthly financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with Corporate financial policy.
• Take a proactive role in supporting special projects within General Accounting & Consolidations (GA&C) group, as well as projects outside of GA&C, if desired.
• Fully embrace the principles of and participate on teams supporting ACE, SOX, and EH&S goals.
• Maintain a high standard of compliance with Ethics and control policies.
