Uncle Crumbles is a growing natural and organic food company that strives to create high quality gluten‑free products. We are looking for a dedicated Mixing Operator for our first shift.

A mixing operator sets up, operates, and maintains industrial mixers that combine ingredients such as chemicals, food items, or pigments. The role requires accurate measurement, routine maintenance, safety compliance, and detailed record‑keeping in a fast‑paced environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial mixers and other blending equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and blend ingredients precisely according to recipes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed logs of production data, batch information and any deviations.
• Adhere to GMP, safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Conduct sanitation between changeovers and at the end of shift.
• Communicate effectively with production, QA, maintenance and management staff.
• Perform any other duties as required.

• Previous experience as a mixer operator or similar food manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with mixing machines and basic computer usage.
• High accuracy in measurement, mixing and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, bend, stand for long periods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Willing to learn GMP, sanitation SOPs and quality testing protocols.
