Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient‑focused technician to deliver life‑changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.
Part‑time (up to 30/hrs per week) Monday‑Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am‑7pm .

- Location: This role will provide part‑time (up to 30 hours per week) support to our East Haven clinic.
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience. Consistent work history.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
MD and Sales Force preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). - Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
