Associate Attorney

Dayton/Tripp City, Ohio, law firm seeks an associate attorney to join their expanding team. Knowledge or interest in estate planning, trusts, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning is preferred. Great opportunity to join a firm with opportunity and mentoring.

Although experienced applicants are preferred, the law firm will train the right person, particularly those in the top 50 percent of their law school class. This associate attorney role is an exceptional opportunity for a new attorney. Likewise, the firm has opportunities for attorneys with existing practices or those who are more advanced in their law practice in estate planning, including lateral partners.

The ideal candidate has an Ohio bar license in good standing, an outgoing personality, likes working directly with clients, and at least one year of related experience.
