Enstructure New Haven is a full-service deep-water marine terminal operator and service provider located in the Port of New Haven. The terminal offers turnkey, vertically integrated logistics services for dry bulk, liquid bulk, and breakbulk products, supporting ship, barge, truck, and rail capabilities.

Gateway is seeking a skilled Lube Technician/Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing high‑quality repair and maintenance of machinery and components. The ideal candidate will work independently and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform reconditioning and repair of all assigned equipment components and systems.
- Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Conduct diagnostic inspections as directed.
- Follow instructions from manager/supervisor and working foreman.
- Perform repairs safely and effectively.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Care for company shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Clean and return all tools and special equipment used in repairs.
- Maintain and provide all basic hand and diagnostic tools as required.
- Communicate respectfully and honestly with co‑workers, promoting a positive company image.
- Adhere to the guidelines in the 'Gateway Terminal Employee Handbook' for all communications.
- Physical Ability:
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds, climbing heavy equipment safely, bending, kneeling, and working with arms raised for prolonged periods. - Technical
Skills:
Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs. - Equipment Knowledge:
Strong understanding of equipment operations and mechanical functions. - Diagnostic
Skills:
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. - Quality Repairs:
Ability to perform quality, efficient repairs within acceptable time standards. - Compliance:
Follow all instructions from the manager/supervisor and working foreman. - Driver's License:
Valid driver’s license. - TWIC Card:
Must have a TWIC card or have the ability to obtain one.
- CDL/HAZ Endorsement:
Possession of a CDL/HAZ endorsement.
