About the RoleWe are hiring a Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our property management business. This role is primarily administrative and process-focused, supporting operations leadership with organization, documentation, and system-building.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, help create step-by-step processes, and improve workflows as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for property management operations
- Assist with compliance tracking, rental licensing, and documentation
- Help organize and improve internal processes and workflows
- Manage task lists, follow-ups, and operational documentation
- Support scheduling, coordination, and communication as needed
- Occasionally drive to properties or offices as required
- Identify inefficiencies and help create scalable solutions
- Strong administrative or office support background
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Ability to think critically and help create or improve systems
- Property management experience is preferred, but not required
- Office administration, operations, or assistant experience welcomed
- Self-starter who doesn’t need constant oversight
- Enjoys organizing information and creating structure
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
