About the Role

We are hiring a Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our property management business. This role is primarily administrative and process-focused, supporting operations leadership with organization, documentation, and system-building.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, help create step-by-step processes, and improve workflows as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for property management operations
  • Assist with compliance tracking, rental licensing, and documentation
  • Help organize and improve internal processes and workflows
  • Manage task lists, follow-ups, and operational documentation
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and communication as needed
  • Occasionally drive to properties or offices as required
  • Identify inefficiencies and help create scalable solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong administrative or office support background
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Ability to think critically and help create or improve systems
  • Property management experience is preferred, but not required
  • Office administration, operations, or assistant experience welcomed
