Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and process validation.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for design and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
• Strong understanding of diverse manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
• Ability to design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production efficiency.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem-solving.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
