Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze production processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality.
- Perform product and process audits to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, procedures, and work instructions.
- Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, and PPAP for process improvement and new product introduction.
- Participate in supplier quality management activities, including audits and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control, data analysis, and problem‑solving.
- Experience with various inspection techniques, metrology equipment, and gauge calibration.
- ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CSSBB, CQA)
- Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality data management
