Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate new technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems, schematics, and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for automation system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robotics programming, setup, and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and commission complex automation control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency with machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with data acquisition, historian, and analytics platforms (e.g., Ignition MES, SQL, Python for data).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and cybersecurity principles for OT environments.
