Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed cost analysis of manufacturing operations, including COGS, labor, and overhead.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for production facilities.
- Perform variance analysis, explaining deviations from budget related to production volumes, material, and labor costs.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards on plant performance, profitability, and key manufacturing KPIs.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests (CAPEX) for new equipment and facility improvements, assessing ROI.
- Analyze inventory levels, valuation, and obsolescence to optimize working capital.
- Support operational teams by providing financial insights to drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Proficiency in cost accounting principles and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into actionable financial insights.
- Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for operational reporting.
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation or progress towards.
